Call to Order: 

President Aaron Smith called the meeting to order at 12:07 p.m.

Board Members Present:

President – Aaron Smith, First Vice President – Bryan Cato, Secretary – Justin Smith, Treasurer – Matt Clemens, Chairman – Traey Lambertz, Board Member – Charles Misenheimer, Board Member – Kevin Scheer.

Board Members Absent:

Second Vice President – Seth Wollard, Sargent-at-arms – Ron White

New Business:

Aaron Smith stated that Blake Eastwood has taken a new position, and is no longer eligible to serve on the board. Aaron Smith swore in Justin Smith as secretary for MACA.

Treasurer’s Report:

Matt Clemens presented the Treasurer’s report, stating, “as of April 14, 2015, MACA’s total balance of all funds is $63,691.33.

Dan King made the motion to accept the treasurer’s report.

Seconded by Les Hudson; all ayes; motion carried.

Traey Lambertz made a motion to continue the business meeting on Friday morning after 8:00 a.m.

David Freeman seconded the motion. All ayes; motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 12:14 p.m.
