Call to Order:
President Aaron Smith called the meeting to order.
Board Members Present:
President – Aaron Smith, First Vice President – Bryan Cato, Treasurer – Matt Clemens, Chairman – Traey Lambertz, Board Member – Charles Misenheimer.
Board Members Absent:
Second Vice President – Seth Wollard, Secretary – Justin Smith, Sargent-at-arms – Ron White, Board Member – Kevin Scheer
Traey Lambertz made a motion to approved the treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Charles Misenheimer. All ayes; motion carried.
Aaron Smith made a motion to postpone the previous minutes due to not having them at the time of the meeting. Motion was seconded by Traey Lambertz. All ayes; motion carried.
There was a discussion on the spring conference training. It was decided that the first day would be the Commercial Electric and the second day would be residential electric from an IAEI instructor.
Matt Clemens made a motion for accepting the IAEI Electrical class for April 6th and 7th. Motion was seconded by Traey Lambertz. All ayes; motion carried.
There was a discussion on the MACA website. Aaron Smith contacted Eagle Wing Web Service, and talked to them about setting up and maintaining the MACA website.
Traey Lambertz made a motion to contacted Eagle Wing Web Service, and talk to them about setting up and maintaining the MACA website. Motion was seconded by Matt Clemens. All ayes; motion carried.
There was a discussion on setting up a nominating committee, President Aaron Smith is going to appoint the people for the committee.
Matt Clemens motioned to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Traey Lambertz. All ayes; motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 1:46 pm.
