Minutes of previous meeting:

Secretary-Valerie Carlisle handed out the minutes from the business meeting for May 27, 2010. Member Les Hudson Made a motion to accept the minutes as presented; Seconded by Second Vice President- Brian Epstein. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasurer-Steve Flowers passed out the Treasurer’s report for April 2, 2010 thru October 11, 2010. The beginning checking balance on April 2, 2010 totaled $38,314.64. Expenditures totaled $19,516.66. Deposits totaled $11,280.00. Checking Balance $30,080.89, 8- Month Scholarship CD Balance $20,000.00, for a total of $50,080.89.

Expenses for the 2010 Spring seminar totaled $14,557.94. Total fees collected $17,715.00. Profit for the 2010 Spring Seminar totaled $3,157.06 less 50% to MACE Net profit totaled $1,578.53 Sergeant-at-Arms-Rick Freeman made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented; Second Vice President- Brian Epstein seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Audit is to be conducted on the Books of the Treasurer by Ron White, Wendell Stegner, and Les Hudson

Chairman Bill Plact has resigned from Chairman of the Board as a vote held by the MACA board members it was Voted that Ron White be elected as Chairman of the Board.
