Minutes of previous meeting: Secretary-Valerie Carlisle handed out the minutes from the business meeting for December 1, 2009. Second Vice President- Brian Epstein Made a motion to accept the minutes as presented; Seconded from the floor. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report: In Treasurer-Steve Flowers absence Second Vice President- Brian Epstein, passed out the Treasurer’s report for December 1, 2009 thru April 2, 2010. The beginning balance on December 1, 2009 totaled $58,314.64. Expenditures totaled $9,635.03. Deposits totaled $19,429.02. Checking Balance $38,314.64, 8- Month Scholarship CD Balance $20,000.00, for a total of $58,314.64.

Expenses for the 2009 Fall seminar totaled $9,635.03. Total fees collected $11,390.00. Net profit for the 2009 Fall seminar totaled $1,754.97. Member Les Hudson made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented; Member from the floor seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Presidents Report: President-Traey Lambertz introduced Johnnie Benisch with the MACE Board. Johnnie Benisch Discussed the Bill Introduction and heard the hearing. He stated it all went well and only 2 agencies were against the State Building Code Bill. There has been a lot of contact with the Missouri Senators about this bill being passed. Many questions was asked and addressed from the floor from both MACA and MACE members they were addressed by Traey and Johnnie

New Business: Steve Crull was laid off due to budget cut backs and resigned from the MACA Board as Secretary. President- Traey Lambertz reinstated Valerie Carlisle as Secretary until fall elections.New Nominating committee was established to include Les Hudson, Ron Plues, and Ron White.
