Call to Order: 

President Aaron Smith called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

Board Members Present:

President – Aaron Smith, First Vice President – Bryan Cato, Second Vice President – Seth Wollard, Secretary – Justin Smith, Treasurer – Matt Clemens, Sargent-at-arms – Ron White, Chairman – Traey Lambertz, Board Member – Charles Misenheimer, Board Member – Kevin Scheer.

Board Members Absent: None

Traey Lambertz made a motion to order another round of MACA shirts with 2 shirts per person. Motion was seconded by Kevin Scheer. All ayes; motion carried.

Aaron Smith made a motion to send $100 in flowers for Roland Kitchen. Motion was seconded by Kevin Scheer. All ayes; motion carried.

Kevin Scheer made a motion for the spring conference fee to be $100. Motion was seconded by Traey Lambertz. All ayes; motion carried.

Ron White made a motion for Traey Lambertz to get bids from Camden on the Lake and the Country Club Hotel and Spa for the spring training. Motion was seconded by Aaron Smith. All ayes; motion carried.

Kevin Scheer made a motion for Dan King and Janet Sanders to come to the spring conference with 1 night and conference registration for Thursday paid for by MACA to receive plaques for their years of service. Motion was seconded by Traey Lambertz. All ayes; motion carried.

Traey Lamberts informed the board that Valerie will no longer be able to be responsible for the MACA website. The other board members are trying to find a replacement to be in charge of editing the site.

Ron White motioned to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Traey Lambertz. All ayes; motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 1:46 pm.
